These Terms govern your use of the FanVerse app. By downloading or using FanVerse, you agree to them. If you do not agree, please do not use the app.
Eligibility (17+)
FanVerse contains mature romantic themes and is intended for readers who are at least 17 years old. By using the app you confirm you meet this age requirement.
Your license
We grant you a personal, non-transferable, non-exclusive license to use FanVerse for your own entertainment. You may not resell, redistribute, reverse engineer, or attempt to extract the app's story content or software.
Coins and FanVerse+
FanVerse uses in-app coins to unlock premium chapters and story branches, and offers an optional FanVerse+ subscription. Coins are a limited license to access digital content, have no cash value, and are non-refundable except where required by law. Purchases are billed by Apple through your App Store account.
Subscriptions and renewal
A FanVerse+ subscription renews automatically at the price and interval shown at purchase unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the current period ends. Manage or cancel anytime in iOS Settings → your name → Subscriptions. Any unused portion of a free trial is forfeited when you buy a subscription.
Content and intellectual property
All FanVerse worlds, characters, and passages are original works built on general romance tropes and are not affiliated with any real person, band, brand, or franchise. Any resemblance to real people or existing works is coincidental. FanVerse and its content are protected by intellectual-property laws.
Acceptable use
Use FanVerse lawfully and for personal enjoyment. Do not use it to harass others, to circumvent the coin system or age gate, or in any way that disrupts the service.
Disclaimers
FanVerse is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. Story content is fictional and for entertainment only. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect or incidental damages arising from your use of the app.
Changes and termination
We may update these Terms or discontinue features; material changes are reflected by the date above. We may suspend access if these Terms are violated.
